The admin was correct and my monthly sub did expire recently but it was still active when this video was first released. I will probably resub in the future as long as these kinds of issues with the site are sorted out but for now I decided to just buy this video for the $9.99 and that did work fine. I had no issues with the download or the file, fyi the full video is 11.2 GB. There is obviously still issues with this video if members with active subs still only see the trailers.

I'll bet that someone accidentally deleted the full scene files. Whoever said that the issue is fixed is likely the one that screwed up and is hoping that after enough new scenes get uploaded, the complaints will stop.

That is not fair, as this case is a one time issue which did not happened before!

Actually it was never a problem... We were looking for some content missing or broken, and as I said several times all was there! But to access to the full scene, you have to have a valid subscription :) without it you have access only to the trailer...

@ sinsvr - this video is still not fixed. The Oculus quest 2 file still shows file size of 268.95mb. When I click on it and try to dl with my file manager it shows Tabitha_Poison_trailer_7K

Also just checked all of the other files and they are only trailers as well with file sizes ranging from 50mb to 200mb.

So we found the problem, and it was not where we were looking! Not at all as the content had always be there without problems, prove is that the scene could be bought as PPV, as "erniescar" mentionned 2 days ago... Maybe you have noticed that, at her request, we created a studio page for Tabitha Poison, and it is in this studio settings that it was a mistake which is now finally solved. So users who have a valid subscription, can now access the full scene. Sorry Guys, really...
